Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC Online Ordering and Shipping Policy

At Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC we strive to give our customers the best online experience as possible. However, at times due to the inaccuracies that can occur with being a small business running inventory that is available both online and in person through Shopify, there are times that we may be out of stock on a certain item. To ensure that you have the most accurate and up to date information regarding your order we have established these policies to create transparency as to what happens when you order with Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC.

Order confirmation: Once you place an order online or through Shop you will receive an email confirmation via Shopify that serves as an acknowledgment of your order. This does not guarantee that an order will be processed.

Pre-Authorization: Once that order is placed, Shopify runs a pre-authorization that remains pending until it is authorized by Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC.

Inventory Collection: Once Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC receives the order it is physically processed by a member of staff. They confirm that the inventory is in stock and can be fulfilled. There are times that inventory is inaccurate due to many extenuating circumstances; including, but not limited to technical glitches, system update and human error.

Processing of Order: Once Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC has complete the step above; Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC will process your order accordingly. This could mean a complete fulfillment of your order, a partial fulfillment or a complete cancellation of your order. You will be notified via email and/or Shopify if your order is canceled.

Payments/Return of Funds: If your order can be completely be fulfilled, Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC will charge your authorized card the complete amount of your order. If you order can only be partial fulfilled, Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC will charge your authorized card for the amount of the order that is being fulfilled. The rest of the pre-authorization will drop off once the final charge is confirmed and with the processing times that Shopify controls. There are some instances where we have to process payment for the complete amount and issue a refund, ie if you utilize Shop Pay Installments. If Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC has to cancel your order, the pre-authorization charge will be canceled and your funds will be returned with the processing times that Shopify controls.

Customer Cancelations: If an order is canceled by a customer, if the charge has only been pre-authorized, the item will be canceled. If the charge has already been finalized, there will be a 6% restocking fee for any items canceled prior to shipping.

Damage in Shipping: Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC ships items to our highest standard of shipping, if an item is received damaged, Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC asks that you contact Blue Breaks LLC within 48 hours of delivery, so that Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC can find a solution to the shipping problem and provide a return label if necessary. 

Policy Updates: Blue Breaks Sarasota LLC may update this policy to ensure effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Any updated will be posted here.
